D.E.S.I.G.N. for BioE3 ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ ହେଉଛି BioE3 (ଅର୍ଥନୀତି, ପରିବେଶ ଏବଂ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଜୈବ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା) ନୀତିଗତ ଢାଞ୍ଚା ଅଧୀନରେ ଏକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ। ଏହାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି 'ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମୟର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମସ୍ୟା ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବା' ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁକୁ ଆଧାର କରି ଦେଶର ଯୁବ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ଗବେଷକମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ଅଭିନବ, ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଜୈବ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିଗତ ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଦେବା।
