Poster Making Competition on Stay Safe Online - Women's Safety in the Digital World

About

National Commission for Women, Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with MyGov, announces Online Poster-making Competition. The Theme of the POSTER Making Competition is Stay Safe Online: Women's Safety in the Digital World. This poster-making competition offers participants a creative platform to foster greater awareness around these critical issues.

Participants are invited to design creative and impactful posters that promote awareness, safety, and resilience in the digital world. The theme, “Stay Safe Online: Women's Safety in the Digital World,” encourages designers to highlight the importance of protecting women’s digital identities, fostering respect in online spaces, and promoting digital literacy and empowerment.

Aligned with NCW’s vision of creating a safe and supportive environment for women, this competition encourages students to think critically and visually communicate solutions that foster digital safety.

Hand-drawn Posters

Submission Guidelines

  1. Participants to create their posters on one of the given themes
  2. The posters to be uploaded in File formats: JPEG/JPG/PDF only (file size must not exceed 4 MB).
  3. Language: English or Hindi (with a short caption of the poster in either language)
  4. Originality: Must be original artwork created solely by the participant; plagiarism will lead to disqualification
  5. Submission Platform: Upload the poster file on the MyGov portal along with participant details
  6. Description: Include a brief description (max 100 words) explaining the concept of your poster.
  7. All entries must be submitted on www.mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/mode would not be considered for evaluation.
  8. A participant can send only one entry. In case it is found that any participant has submitted more than one entry, all the entries will be considered as invalid for the said participant.
  9. Government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
  10. Mention of the author’s name/emails, etc. anywhere in the body will lead to disqualification.
  11. Participants are to make sure that their MyGov Profile is accurate and updated since National Commission for Women would be using this for further communication.
  12. Participants are required to fill and share the Participant Form which includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, phone number (mobile), college name and address of the college.
  13. Submissions must be original and unpublished. Previously submitted, used, or published designs may be disqualified.
  14. Incomplete or non-conforming entries will not be evaluated.

Gratification

  1. The first three winners will be selected by NCW for rewards.
    • 1st prize: 21,000/-
    • 2nd prize: 15,000/-
    • 3rd prize: 10,000/-
  2. All participants will receive an e-Certificate for Appreciation by NCW
