Participation Guidelines / भाग लेने के लिए दिशानिर्देश

1. Camera to be used: Any camera, including cell phone cameras
2. Supported Format: jpg, jpeg, png format only
3. Maximum upload limit: Less than 10 MB
4. Grade categories:
   • Category-1: Classes 1 to 5
   • Category – 2: Classes 6 to 8
   • Category – 3: Classes 9 to 12
5. Number of entries permitted per student: Only one entry per child
6. Submission by student: All students to submit their entries to their respective schools by 9th Oct 2020.
7. Actionable for Schools: The Principal/Head of the concerned school will arrange for selection of one best photograph in each grade category and upload the selected best photos between 10th- 18th October 2020 on the MyGov link.
8. All Mandatory information to be filled by school on MyGov while uploading entries

1. कैमरा इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा: सेल फोन कैमरों समेत कोई भी कैमरा
2. फॉर्मेट:केवल जेपीईजी, जेपीजी और पीएनजी प्रारूप
3. अधिकतम अपलोड सीमा: 10 एमबी से कम
4. ग्रेड श्रेणियां:
   • श्रेणी - 1: कक्षा 1 से 5
   • श्रेणी – 2: कक्षा 6 से 8
   • श्रेणी – 3: कक्षा 9 से 12
5. प्रति छात्र प्रविष्टियों की अनुमति: प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक प्रविष्टि दे सकता है
6. प्रविष्टिजमा करने की अंतिम तिथि: सभी छात्र 9 अक्टूबर 2020तक अपने-अपने स्कूलों में अपनी प्रविष्टियां जमा करेंगे
7. स्कूलों के लिए : संबंधित स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल/प्रमुख प्रत्येक श्रेणी में से एक सर्वश्रेष्ठ तस्वीर के चयन की व्यवस्था करेंगे और 10 से 18 अक्टूबर 2020 के बीच चयनित सर्वश्रेष्ठ तस्वीरें MyGov लिंक पर अपलोड करेंगे
8. प्रविष्टियां अपलोड करते समय, MyGov पर स्कूल द्वारा भरी जाने वाली सभी अनिवार्य जानकारी

Steps for Uploading Entries / प्रविष्टियां अपलोड करने के चरण

1. Login to  innovateindia.mygov.in and register yourself with your email ID and contact details
2. Click on the contest 'Photography contest to commemorate 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi'
3. Click on the 'Register Now' button and fill the registration form
4. Ensure all mandatory fields* are filled appropriately
5. Ensure UDISE code for the school is filled correctly
6. Once all details are filled correctly and successful registration, click on proceed button
7. Select a grade category and submit the selected entry for that grade category
8. Once uploaded for a grade category, proceed with the next grade category
9. Once all selected entries for grade category 1, 2 and 3 are uploaded, click submit.

1. innovateindia.mygov.in पर लॉगइन करें और अपने ईमेल आईडी और संपर्क विवरण के साथ खुद को पंजीकृत करें
2. महात्मा गांधी की 150 वीं जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में 'फोटोग्राफी प्रतियोगिता' पर क्लिक करें
3. 'रजिस्टर नाउ' बटन पर क्लिक करें और पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरें
4. सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड* उचित रूप से भरे गए हैं
5. सुनिश्चित करें कि स्कूल के लिए UDISE कोड सही ढंग से भरा गया है
6. एक बार सभी विवरण सही ढंग से भरने और सफलतापूर्वक पंजीकरण के बाद, आगे बढ़ें बटन पर क्लिक करें
7. कैटेगरी-1 का चयन करें और उस श्रेणी के लिए चयनित प्रविष्टि जमा करें
8. कैटेगरी-1के लिए अपलोड करने के बाद, अगले ग्रेड के लिए प्रविष्टि जमा करें
9. एक बार कैटेगरी1, 2 और 3 के लिए सभी चयनित प्रविष्टियां अपलोड हो जाए तो सबमिट पर क्लिक करें

Evaluation Process / मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया

1. Role of NCERT: After submission of all the entries, MyGov/NCERT will arrange these entries State-wise and will send them to respective States/UTs by 20th October 2020.
2. Role of SCERT of state/UT: The SCERTs may form a ‘Committee of Experts’ to examine the entries received from States / UTs to select the top 5 entries of the state/UT. These entries may then be forwarded to NCERT latest by 30th October 2020 for final selection at the national level.
3. All the entries received within the due date will be placed before a Selection Committee for final selection. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding on all the contestants. 
4. Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/its entries/ winners shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi only.

1. एनसीईआरटी की भूमिका: सभी प्रविष्टियों के जमा होने के बाद, MyGov/NCERT इन प्रविष्टियों को राज्यवार व्यवस्थित करेगा और उन्हें 20 अक्टूबर 2020 तक संबंधित राज्यों/केंद्रों को भेजेगा
2. राज्य/यूटी की एससीईआरटी की भूमिका: राज्य/यूटी की शीर्ष 5 प्रविष्टियों का चयन करने के लिए राज्यों/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से प्राप्त प्रविष्टियों की जांच करने के लिएएससीईआरटी विशेषज्ञों की एक समिति बना सकता है। इसके बाद इन प्रविष्टियों को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अंतिम चयन के लिए 30 अक्टूबर 2020तक एनसीईआरटी को भेज दिया जाएगा।
3. नियत तिथि के भीतर प्राप्त सभी प्रविष्टियों को अंतिम चयन के लिए चयन समिति के समक्ष रखा जाएगा। चयन समिति का निर्णय अंतिम होगा और सभी प्रतियोगियों पर बाध्यकारी होगा।
4. प्रतियोगिता/उसकी प्रविष्टियों/विजेताओं से संबंधित कोई भी कानूनी कार्यवाही केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होगी।

Terms & Conditions / नियम और शर्तें

1. Only entries submitted with all mandatory fields filled shall be accepted. Others will be rejected.
2. School ID’s will be considered. Random entries will be rejected
3. Images should depict the theme of ‘Ek Bharat - Shrestha Bharat’ or ‘Dignity of Labor’.
4. Entries violating the technical requirements will not be accepted.
5. Copyrighted images will not be accepted for submissions. Plagiarism of any nature is not allowed. Anyone found infringing upon other’s copyright would be disqualified from the contest.
6. Participants to ensure mentioning correct contact details, school ID’s and State/UT while submitting their entries. Submitting wrong information may lead to disqualification.
7. The entries must be submitted on MyGov link only. Entries received through any other medium will not be accepted.
8. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
9. Computer-generated or computer altered/morphed images (other than basic system work) will be disqualified.
10. Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted.
11. All entries will be adjudged based on creativity, originality and composition.

1. सभी अनिवार्य सूचना के साथ प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियों को ही स्वीकार किया जाएगा। अन्य को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा
2. स्कूल आईडी पर विचार किया जाएगा। रैंडम प्रविष्टियां अस्वीकार कर दी जाएंगी
3. छवियों को 'एक भारत-श्रेष्ठ भारत' या 'श्रम की गरिमा' के विषय को चित्रित करना चाहिए।
4. तकनीकी आवश्यकताओं का उल्लंघन करने वाली प्रविष्टियां स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
5. कॉपीराइट छवियों को प्रविष्टियों के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। किसी भी प्रकृति की साहित्यिक चोरी की अनुमति नहीं है। किसी को भी दूसरे के कॉपीराइट पर उल्लंघन पाया प्रतियोगिता से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा ।
6. प्रतिभागियों को अपनी प्रविष्टियां जमा करते समय सही संपर्क विवरण, स्कूल आईडी और राज्य/यूटी का उल्लेख सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। गलत जानकारी जमा करने से अयोग्य ठहराया जा सकता है।
7. प्रविष्टियां केवल MyGov लिंक पर प्रस्तुत की जानी चाहिए। किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त प्रविष्टियां स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
8. प्रविष्टि में कोई उत्तेजक, आपत्तिजनक या अनुचित सामग्री नहीं होनी चाहिए।
9. कंप्यूटर जनित या कंप्यूटर परिवर्तित/morphed छवियों (बुनियादी काम के अलावा) अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा
10. कलाकृति और चित्र स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे
11. रचनात्मकता, मौलिकता और संरचना के आधार पर सभी प्रविष्टियों को चुना जाएगा।

Certification and Awards / प्रमाणन और पुरस्कार

1. Participation certificates shall be jointly issued by NCERT and MyGov for all participants whose photos are uploaded by the schools on MyGov link.
2. State level winners: The top 5 entries of each state shall be considered as state level winners and will be given certificates accordingly by NCERT.
3. Selection of best entries at national level: This selection process will be undertaken by a team authorized by NCERT from 1st -15th  November 2020.
4. Announcement of national winners: By NCERT between 15th - 30th November 2020.
   Top three winners and seven consolation entries in each grade category. The winners shall be awarded with books, a pen drive with digital resources and cash awards –

Grade Category 1	First Prize: Rs 10,000 Second Prize: Rs. 7,000 Third Prize: Rs. 5,000 Seven Consolation Prizes: Rs. 2,000
Grade Category 2	First Prize: Rs 10,000 Second Prize: Rs. 7,000 Third Prize: Rs. 5,000 Seven Consolation Prizes: Rs. 2,000
Grade Category 3	First Prize: Rs 10,000 Second Prize: Rs. 7,000 Third Prize: Rs. 5,000 Seven Consolation Prizes: Rs. 2,000

1. भागीदारी प्रमाण पत्र: एनसीईआरटी और MyGov द्वारा उन सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए संयुक्त रूप से जारी किए जाएंगे जिनकी तस्वीरें स्कूलों द्वारा MyGov लिंक पर अपलोड की गई हैं।
2. राज्य स्तरीय विजेता: प्रत्येक राज्य की शीर्ष 5 प्रविष्टियों को राज्य स्तरीय विजेता माना जाएगा और एनसीईआरटी द्वारा तदनुसार प्रमाण पत्र दिए जाएंगे।
3. राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रविष्टियों का चयन: यह चयन प्रक्रिया एनसीईआरटी द्वारा प्राधिकृत टीम द्वारा 1 से 15 नवंबर 2020 तक की जाएगी।
4. राष्ट्रीय विजेताओं की घोषणा: एनसीईआरटी द्वारा 15 से 30 नवंबर 2020 के बीच।
   प्रत्येक ग्रेड श्रेणी में शीर्ष तीन विजेता और सात सांत्वना प्रविष्टियां । विजेताओं को पुस्तकों, डिजिटल संसाधनों और नकद पुरस्कारों के साथ एक पेन ड्राइव से सम्मानित किया जाएगा –

ग्रेड श्रेणी 1	प्रथम पुरस्कार: 10,000 रुपये द्वितीय पुरस्कार: 7,000 रुपये तृतीय पुरस्कार: 5,000 रुपये सात सांत्वना पुरस्कार: 2,000 रुपये
ग्रेड श्रेणी 2	प्रथम पुरस्कार: 10,000 रुपये द्वितीय पुरस्कार: 7,000 रुपये तृतीय पुरस्कार: 5,000 रुपये सात सांत्वना पुरस्कार: 2,000 रुपये
ग्रेड श्रेणी 3	प्रथम पुरस्कार: 10,000 रुपये द्वितीय पुरस्कार: 7,000 रुपये तृतीय पुरस्कार: 5,000 रुपये सात सांत्वना पुरस्कार: 2,000 रुपये
