The 8th Central Pay Commission invites Representations / Memorandum / Suggestions from the Central Government employees – industrial and non-industrial, Personnel belonging to the All India Services; Personnel belonging to Defence Forces, Personnel of the Union Territories; Officers and employees of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Members of the Regulatory Bodies (other than the RBI) set up under the Acts of Parliament, Officers and employees of the Supreme Court, Officers and employees of the High Court whose expenditure is borne by the Union Territories, Judicial officers of the subordinate courts in the Union Territories, pensioners, Service Associations/Unions, Central Government Ministries/Departments/ Organizations/Union Territories.

ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಿರುವ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಹೊಸ ಮತ್ತು ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳು ಕೆಲವು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ನವೀನ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯನೀರಿನ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಟಲ್ ಮಿಷನ್ ಫಾರ್ ರಿಜುವೆನೇಷನ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅರ್ಬನ್ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ಫಾರ್ಮೇಶನ್ 2.0 (ಅಮೃತ್ 2.0) ಅಂದರೆ ಜಲ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ನಗರಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಈ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
