The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, on 17.1.2023, has published on its website draft amendment to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 relating to due diligence by an intermediary under rule 3(1)(b)(v), inviting feedback from the public by 25.1.2023.
